(29 CFR 1910.1030) requires employers to safeguard employees who face potential occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials. The National Safety Council’s Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens course helps reduce these risks by focusing on how to protect employees from blood and airborne pathogens and what to do if an exposure occurs. This course is ideal for employees trained in CPR/AED/First Aid, maintenance workers, engineers, plant operators and custodians. Upon completion, receive a 1-year Bloodborne & Airborne Pathogens certificate.
